Welcome to our two-day NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) course! This gentle introduction training is specifically designed to provide you with practical skills in both the technical and analytical aspects of short-read sequencing data analysis.

- Linux command line & bash scripting recap
- Inspection of raw sequencing data, quality control and trimming
Day 2: 14 May 2025
- Mapping and mapping optimization
- Introduction to commonly used pipelines (broad exploration of follow-up analyses)
- basic knowledge of Linux commands
